2025 Summer Camp Programs

Community Pass

All registrations are done through Community Pass   (https://register.capturepoint.com/scotchplains)

Specific programs will not appear on Community Pass until their desginated registration open dates.  However, we strongly encourage you visit Community Pass prior to registration open dates to ensure that your account is up to date as these programs are known to fill up quickly!

Helpful Tips:

• Know your username and password; reset your password if necessary
• Make sure your contact information is up to date, specifically your primary email address and cell phone number
• Know your camper's t-shirt size so you don't get held up during this question on the registration form
  • T-shirts are cotton/unisex and available in the following sizes: Youth Small, Youth Medium, Youth Large, Adult Small, Adult Medium, Adult Large, Adult XL, Adult 2XL, Adult 3XL
• Be prepared to list an additional emergency contact, their relationship to your camper, and their cell phone number
• Be prepared to list any medical needs, allergies/restrictions, or special considerations that camp staff should be aware of

Helpful Hints Specific to Day Camp Registration:

• Make sure your camper's birthdate is accurate, as well as their CURRENT GRADE - especially if registering for Day Camp
• All campers must be registered according to their CURRENT GRADE during this 2024/2025 school year (this is the grade they are in during the time of registration)
  • Do not sign your camper up for their rising grade
  • Double check their grade before completing registration
  • If you sign your camper up for the incorrect grade, there is no guarantee your camper will be switched into the correct grade after registration as some grades may have already reached their maximum capacity
