Shady Rest Country Club

Rental Process:

Shady Rest Country Club is available to rent for meetings and social functions.  All bookings are managed by the Recreation Department.  Prior to planning your event, you must contact the Recreation Department to ensure that your desired date is available before proceeding.  No bookings will be accepted with less than 2 weeks of notice.

Once your event date is confirmed to be available by the Recreation Department, you must submit a completed rental packet and security deposit within 3 business days of the initial request (see below for the rental packet).

Facility Tours:

Tours of the facility are by appointment only and may only be scheduled on weekdays during office hours.  Please contact the Recreation Department to request a tour.
