Branch, Brush & Leaf Pickup Starts on April 11
Scotch Plains is asking residents to place all leaves, gumballs, brush and branches in a small gully before the curb for pickup. Only twigs and branches that are cut to three-foot lengths and under will be collected. Tree stumps and logs WILL NOT be collected, and residents will receive a warning. If the debris is not removed after the first warning, a summons will be issued to the property owner.
Please note the township prohibits placing vegetative waste at the curb more than 10 days prior to scheduled pickup. Pick-ups will begin April 11; the township will conduct one pickup.
