Scotch Plains DOGust Celebration Rescheduled for August 16 from 5-8 p.m.

Join us on a new date on Monday, August 16 from 5-8 p.m. at Jerseyland Park for our first annual DOGust Celebration. The event will feature a variety of community groups, crafts and activities (for dogs and humans), a donation drive, food, a cool off zone and more.

A retired K-9 trainer and Officer will be available to answer your questions on dog obedience and training.

We are limiting one dog per human. For more information, call 908-322-6700 Ext. 314.

What is DOGust?

DOGust is a universal birthday party for dogs who don't have an official birthday record in place. This special day is celebrated by raising awareness and supporting pet adoption services and shelters.

How is DOGust celebrated?

  • Pamper your pup!

Can I attend the event if I don't have a dog?

Yes, everyone is welcome to attend this event!
