Statement from Mayor Joshua Losardo on Emergency Response to Flooding

Fellow Residents:

My colleagues on the Town Council join me in thanking our emergency responders for their service last evening in what was a storm for the history books. At this time, although there are residents and businesses with terrible flood damage, I am grateful to report there has been no loss of life reported.  

Residents who were rescued from their cars during the heavy flooding spent the night at our Municipal Building and the Southside Fire House. I want to thank the Highlander for providing breakfast for those who slept at Town Hall. The Township is currently assessing the damage from the storm.
