A Three-Part Immersive Series Examining Racism and Antisemitism in Scotch Plains and Fanwood
Part 1: Immersive Tour: Black History in Scotch Plains and Fanwood
Sunday, October 22, Tours at 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Join us on a narrated bus tour to examine local sites and their significance in our Black history. Major sites include the Scudder House whipping post, Stage House Inn, Osborne Cannonball House, Scotch Plains Baptist Church and cemetery, Battle of Short Hills site, the Frazee's homes, Shady Rest Country Club and the Jerseyland and Kramer Park neighborhoods.
Tours leave from the JCC.
