Town Hall is Open, with Contact-Free Ways to Conduct Business
Due to the latest surge in positive COVID cases, we respectively remind residents that there are several options for doing business contact-free:
- Use the drop off boxes in the lobby to submit plans or payments for the building department
- Use the drop off box in the police vestibule for tax and sewer payments or you may pay online
- Dog licensing can be done by mail, please contact the Clerk’s office for details at 908-322-6700 ext. 212
- Traffic tickets can be paid online; other court payments can be dropped off using the drop box in the police vestibule
- If you need to meet with someone in person, please consider calling to make an appointment so visits can be spaced out
- Click here for a directory by department
Scotch Plains encourages residents to get vaccine/booster shots and continue to mask up while in public spaces and if they have been exposed to someone with COVID or have some of the symptoms, to get tested. Visit ucnj.org/covid19 for testing, vaccination and booster locations near you.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping to keep us all safe and healthy!
