Health Fair | December 23, 2023

The Mt. Sinai Alpha Omnega Church is hosting a Health Fair on December 23, 2023, from 9am-12:00pm at 2678 Plainfield Avenue Scotch Plains.

Participants will receive:

• A food bag (while supplies last)
• Covid/Flue Screening for residents with a valid ID and Medicare/Medicaid card
• Gift Cards to those who want to be screened for HIV/AIDS
• There will be assistance for those in need to sign up for Medicaid and Medicare

Services provided by Mt. Sinai Alpha & Omega COC.
