JOB ANNOUNCEMENT - DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS - Laborer 1

Position Title: Full Time (Permanent) Laborer 1

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Will be required to perform various types of manual and skilled labor
  • May be required to drive a truck in connection with laboring work on some occasions

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must possess valid New Jersey Driver’s License
  • Must possess valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

NOTE: The responsibility for ensuring that employees possess the required motor vehicle license, commensurate with the class and type of vehicle they operate, rest with the Appointing Authority.
